If you have a fast Mac and wish to use better music, turn this option on. Bubble Trouble comes with optional music files which are more grand but take up much more processor time. 

If you like the music but the game plays slowly with it on, try turning this option on.

If you use headphones, turn this option on. The sound and music levels are adjusted to be suitable for headphones users.

To set the volume level of music during the game, choose a level from this menu. If the game runs slowly try turning the music off.

To set the volume level of all sound effects in the game, choose a level from this menu.
